David G. Ayala

David Ayala has experience in real estate law, title company fee offices, business law, trusts & wills, and oil & gas mineral rights.

David focuses his practice on real estate law, and he utilizes his expertise in numerous ways - he is a practicing attorney, conducts closings throughout Texas with numerous reputable title companies, and is a licensed real estate agent with Lily Moore Realty in Westlake, Texas. David had even obtained his Mortgage Loan Officer license and helped originate loans to better understand every aspect of getting real estate transactions closed.

David also serves on the board of Alliance Lending Corporation, a non-profit SBA 504 Lending Source for growing businesses in Texas.

David is an avid golfer and outdoorsman. He is the youngest of four children to Lupe and Letty Ayala, and was raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where he met his high school sweetheart Allison. They now reside in North Richland Hills with their two beautiful children.
